I went to these guys with a failed power supply board from a Viewsonic 22" LCD that I tried (and failed!) to repair myself. Not only did the kind technician not ridicule me on the spot, he instantly soldered all the correct parts on while I was there and absolutely refused to take any payment for his time. I walked out paying $3.00 for parts and gave him a tip. You NEVER see service like this anywhere anymore. Amazing. many thanks to all at Teletron. more

They made my situation as hassle free as possible! 9/21/2015

I have never had to deal with a broken tv before (my cable box exploded and took out my tv....luckily the cable company had to pay for the damage). I didn't have a clue where to go in WA ,to get a tv repaired. There was no way I could lug my big boxy 27" Zenith to a repair shop so I tried calling several places to find out what it would cost to pick it up. Most places charged what it would cost to just scrap it and buy a new one. Kept searching online and found Teletron Service. Did some research on them and checked with the BBB to make sure they were trustworthy and licensed (they are). Joe was great, he came out and got my tv for a nominal fee and hauled it away. He called to let me know what the problem was and let me know how much it would cost to proceed. A few days later he delivered my tv good as new! I highly recommend Teletron Service, they made my situation as hassle free as possible! Thanks guys!! more

I would recommend them to everyone. 9/7/2015

I had broken a plug off of the color wheel that I could not get removed. They were able to take care of it in a day and save me from having to buy a new TV. I would recommend them to everyone.They've now done some warranty work on my receiver. Quick turn-around once the part finally showed up and they did another great job. more

It has been flawless 8/26/2015

Several years ago I brought in a Panasonic DVD recorder that had an intermittent fault. It was the last day of the warranty period but they didn't make any fuss at all. Told me it would be at least a week, maybe two before they would call with information. Well, they called and told me it needed a new part and Panasonic was shipping it immediately. Another week went by and they called saying that a different part was now needed and they would call. A few days later they called and said that didn't fix it either but they had contacted Panasonic who offered either a full refund of my original purchase price or the current equivalent model for free. I took the new recorder and it has been flawless. I don't know of any other repair place that would have gone to this much trouble for a unit one day away from the end of warranty coverage. I need to take in a different video recorder, one over ten years old. We will see what happens. more

I was most impressed with the knowledge of the staff 8/3/2015

My LCD TV started flashing caution on Wed night. I tried using buttons on the TV instead of the remote. Then I tried eliminating the remote by removing the batteries thinking it might be sending an erroneous signal. Nothing worked. I took the set into Teletron thinking this is going to cost. The folks there were most helpful and had a solution to the problem in no time (approximately 5 mins). I was out the door within 10 minutes and at no charge. I was most impressed with the knowledge of the staff and would definitely return for TV service in the future should it become necessary. more

I brought my VCR in. It turned out that the problem was pretty simple and the technician fixed it in a couple of minutes and sent me on my way with no charge. more

Awesome services! The Teletron team seems to care a lot about the work that they do and it's definitely not all about ripping their customers off. I calld because my microwave was broken. David picked up my call and even after we hung up, he still took extra 10-15 minutse to call me back so he could help locate whether I still had any warranty left on my microwave. When I arrived, a gentleman at the counter offered to help us bring our microwave in (and when we came to pick it up!). Service was prompt and they did call within the expected timeframe to give a reasonable estimates for the fix and performed the fix in line with my timeline expectations. Would definitely be back to this place again should any electronics I have go bad! :) Highly recommended!!! more

Thank you so much Teletron!!! It took a lot of patience with my Onkyo Stereo. But they were able to work it out. I even called back a couple of weeks later to tell them I didnt have a picture and they walked me through a couple of "trouble shooting tips". We finally got it working!! It saved me an hours drive. These guys are great! My Samsung TV wouldn't start. I took out the power board, brought it to Teletron services, they fixed the board that same day (I ran an errand and came back and it was already fixed within 30 minutes), and they charged me a very reasonable price! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who has any sort of electronics that need to be repaired. Kurt and Dan both were very personable and friendly and answered all of my questions well. My experience was great with them and I'm sure yours will be too! more

For the 2nd time, I brought Teletron a cord that my cats chewed through. These were pretty simple jobs I'm sure (zipcord for one, and RCA speaker connections for another) but the guys at Teletron are prompt, courteous, professional and helpful. I don't have any big jobs for them at present but will keep them in mind if one pops up. Turnaround for the work was a day. Thanks again guys. more

Great service! 4/17/2015

I was initially referred to them by LG as they are an authorized shop. I was a little hesitant initially as they predominantly service TV's and other a/v equipment. But after speaking to Kurt I was glad to have received the option to bring in my built-in LG microwave for a free estimate, which in retrospect saved me a lot of money compared to in-home service by any other company. They were awesome in getting my microwave fixed (blown fuse replaced) and back in time for the holidays, and it cost me under 50$! Great service! more

IT WAS WELL WORTH THE DRIVE..i was very pleased with the service and knowledge of the friendly staff at Teletron, i recently brought in my brand new Denon receiver that had a manufacturer defect, i made an hour trip one way and expected to drop it off for a few days maybe even a week not knowing what the problem was, but to my surprise the expert took it to the back and came back 15 minutes later with great news, he fixed my receiver there on the spot and i was able to go back home happy , i recommend Teletron. more

This place does great TV service. I brought my toshiba LCd here for a fix. IT was done very quick and ready 3 days later. The set is fixed and is good as new. more

Very good service. This place did a great and fast job on my plasma TV. They repaired it in a day or so and the TV works great now. Overall very satisfied and would recommend. more
