My LCD TV started flashing caution on Wed night. I tried using buttons on the TV instead of the remote. Then I tried eliminating the remote by removing the batteries thinking it might be sending an erroneous signal. Nothing worked. I took the set into Teletron thinking this is going to cost. The folks there were most helpful and had a solution to the problem in no time (approximately 5 mins). I was out the door within 10 minutes and at no charge. I was most impressed with the knowledge of the staff and would definitely return for TV service in the future should it become necessary. more
