I was initially referred to them by LG as they are an authorized shop. I was a little hesitant initially as they predominantly service TV's and other a/v equipment. But after speaking to Kurt I was glad to have received the option to bring in my built-in LG microwave for a free estimate, which in retrospect saved me a lot of money compared to in-home service by any other company. They were awesome in getting my microwave fixed (blown fuse replaced) and back in time for the holidays, and it cost me under 50$! Great service!
