Over the past three years I have been done several projects updating and/or remodeling my home, and all work was done by "reputable," well known companies. However, the best service to date has been Abbey Carpet of Anniston. They were very professional, helpful and honest from the first contact I made with them. The sales person that helped me with my selection was very knowledgable and she was always pleasant and ready answser any questions. The young men that installed my laminate floors were total professionals and perfectionists. I have absolutely no complaints with my floors. I can't say enough about the product they helped me select, I love the appearance and the workmanship. I have had compliments from every person that has seen my new flooring. The staff at Abbey Carpet Anniston was always ready to help me with any questions or concerns I had before, during and after the sales and installation. I don't think you could ever go wrong choosing Abbey Carpet in Anniston. Of all the flooring companies I contacted Abbey Carpet was the most willing to work within my budget with no high pressure sales. Any minor issues I had during the installation of my carpeting were handled immediately and to my satisfaction, without hesitation and with total concern for my being satisfied. And to that, I say they exceeded all expectations.
