My husband and I decided to have the carpet removed because our daughter has allergies and asthma, and with the pets in the house, it makes her allergies worse.
Abbey Carpet of Anniston was phenomenal. Mike, our salesman, knows his stuff. When we were choosing the new flooring, we actually liked the flooring at a different company and Abbey Carpet went out and purchased the flooring we liked, at no additional expense to us.
Keith and his crew came in, ripped up the old carpet and installed laminate flooring throughout our 2000-square-feet home. The floors look awesome! The installers were professional and they did beautiful work.
This experience was definitely better that I could have expected to receive with a larger company. Abbey Carpet is a small company, with friendly and accommodating staff. Their staff was very accommodating to our needs and desires. We just can't say enough good things about them.
We were actually chosen by them to have out flooring filmed for their company website. They take a lot of pride in their work, which is great because it makes all the difference.
