They really listen to the customer 1/3/2012

My first experience as a patron at Teddie Kossof Salon Spa was excellent. I must say I was tentative, as I knew nothing of the Salon (I don't live in the area). I was in search of a new salon and, based on their website, I decided to try it. Essie was an absolute gem (and is obviously a pro) as my colorist and Denise did a fabulous job as my stylist. They listened to me and provided exactly what I wanted for my hair. Rare and wonderful! more

Tara's Great 1/2/2012

Tara is the only person I trust to cut & give advice about my hair. Being someone who is always somewhat nervous at the salon, she constantly works to reassure me & my hair always looks wonderful when she's done. I did however enjoy my visits with her more when her station was upstairs, I just prefer the atmosphere more in that location. more

I try to book my appointments online but too often the server is down and I end up calling. Not that it would ever deter me from seeing my colorist Tom! Everyone always compliments me on my hair color. They say he's a genius! more

Hair care products 12/30/2011

Amanda at the front desk helped me pick out some hair care products. I told her what I was looking for and she directed me to a few different products. I decided on the FURTERER (sp) volume shampoo, conditioner and mousse. My hair looks fabulous! SHe was very nice and helpful. Thank you! more
