Handicap accessibility. 12/18/2011

Our main problem is that we have to come down a ramp because kathy is handicapped in a wheel chair. T K refuses to have a ramp to the entrance for a wheel chair.If we suffer an injury coming down the ramp T K will have a large law suit. Kathys hair dresser Donna does a nice job and we are happy with her service. more

Carey (sp?) is absoultley fabulous! Total professional! The salon still needs an update. the floors are dirty and the decor is a mix between 80's and 70's. For the prices they charge for professional care the salon ambience (sp?) should be the same. more

Full set of gel nail tips 12/16/2011

On my first visit, my appt. was booked incorrectly. I asked for a full set of nail tips with gel & french tips. The appt. was made for acrylic full set. It took a full 2 hours for the nail tips, some kind of gel that was pulled out of a box & looked as if it had been sitting around awhile,to be put on my nails. 2 hours?? Ive had many, many gel tips put on my nails & NEVER has it taken 2 hours. The manicurist was very slow & was not using updated materials. She stated the reason it was takin so long was because my nails were flat. In all my years of having nails done, never have I heard this one. What a joke ! more

Wonderful Massage! 12/15/2011

I went to Teddie Kossof Spa today for the first time for a swedish massage with Angie. I absolutely loved the massage. Angie was great! She was able to relieve a lot of pressure that I had in my back and neck and I would highly recommend her to other friends and family! Thanks again Angie for the wonderful massage! more

Although Teddie Kossof's building is not new construction, there are a tremendous amount of stairs, steep and high, and appearing when least expected. There are 2 large,unmarked threshhold steps upon entering the building. The traffic pattern is confusing, and the price structure is unstructured. Most employees are warm and helpful, some abrupt and "ALL-BUSINESS!" I am completely satisfied with my hair process.I guess, to some, that is the bottom line. more

Less than average 12/13/2011

First I had a no chip mani, pedi and a hair cut. The inside is less than desireable. There is a loud speaker, crappy towels all over and not clean. There is no spa feel or environment. My no chip had started to chip on day #2. It will be a almost a week and a couple others are peeling. The haircut was the only redeeming quality. I don't like when during the mani and pedi they use tools that are clearly not sterilized. Really can't you use a wooden stick that hasn't been used on other people??? They need to overhaul this place. more
