My budget is set for $25.00-$30.00 I found a stylist for $25.00 then Diana and when Diana is not available Anna. I checked out, $40.00 I "FREAKED OUT". I have short hair and approx. 1/2" was cut? I question the girl WOW did prices go up! She had no answer for me. I asked her did the prices change/ she stated, "I think so" then she turned to an older lady short blond and said that Anna just got a raise turned away and expected me to pay. This is totally unacceptable to the customer, the customer service should have been able to handled this situation and a manager should have been offered to me or some other type of corrective action. When their is an issue with a charge your people act dumb, like just pay the bill and leave. I think you need to improve and advise your customers when they book an appointment the your prices have risen since the last time you were here. and/or That the stylist is no longer in your normal budget range and provide another stylist that is or at least have the customer make their own choice. The above situation was not at all good business for you or me. I don't think I will be back as a customer. I think you can do better with some strategic management in this area to hang onto your customer's.
