i'm very athletic and i've been having a lot of upper back/shoulder/neck pain and angie really worked the kinks out. she was very responsive to my needs and checked in regularly to see how i was feeling throughout the massage. she knows what she's doing. also, i had a coupon for t.k. that had expired, and the front desk did a very nice job fixing it so the coupon could still be honored. combined with me having to change my appt. around a few times, i was pleased with the very good customer service. i will return to this place for sure. more

Tara did a great job. I only wish I could do as well at home with the styling! One complaint - her fee on your site is listed as $35, but she hasn't charged $35 in a long, long time. more

Why is my time less valuable than anyone else's? 12/2/2011

I love my hair, but I'm pretty unhappy that I busted out of work early for a 4 p.m. appointment, got there early to get washed, and then I had to wait more than a half hour to get in. She wasn't done with an earlier appointment and then I had to wait while another person was done. I had reading material, but then I heard the other person say, "thanks for fitting me in." I've gotten nearly abused for being a few minutes late stuck in traffic, but it's OK for someone else to get "fit in." I've even gotten bumped to another stylist. It really doesn't make me happy -- one reason I delayed getting my haircut in the first place. more

Betty is outstanding, she is a real gem, I love the cut she gave me a couple of months ago, and now my son get's his hair cut by her also, and loves the style, My colorist is tom he is is exceptional, I've been going to teddies for 28 years, the experience has been well worth it!! more

Hair appointment 11/28 11/29/2011

I am writing on behalf of my mother, Annette as she had her appointment yesterday for a hairstyle. As you could see from her record, she has always been very pleased with your services, unfortunately, yesterday's hairstyle was a disaster. While I encouraged her to contact you about her dissatisfaction, I know she was reluctant. This was the first time she saw the girl who did her hair yesterday and was not happy with the outcome. Although she told the girl she has very fine hair and needs product to give a firmer hold, it was still disappointing. Grace wasn't in yesterday or Mom would have made the appointment with Grace, who is outstanding. Sorry for this poor review, but need to be honest and I'm sure you want it that way more

cut and blow dry 11/28/2011

I recently went to Cheryl for a haircut and blowdry. I asked for a trim and we started chatting, and she started cutting. 30 minutes later I noticed that my hair had lost about 2.5 inches and had a ton of layers which does NOT look the best with my hair. Needless to say I was not the happiest of campers. This has happened before with Cheryl so next time I don't think I'll be scheduling an appointment with her. more

Great Experience w Tom the Master Colorist 11/27/2011

I love having my color done by Tom! He is always on time and greets me w a genuine smile. He takes the time to discuss what I'd like to have done, advises me on anything he thinks is important that I should know about the process and then sets to work on creating the color/effect that I've asked for. It always turns out great and I leave feeling like a million $$! more
