You get consist high quality customer care. You always are made to feel you are apart of an extended family. When you go to the front desk they most often know you by your name which is so amazing. I had gone to a top salon, with numberous locations, for over 10 years and no one ever knew my name at the salon. That is when it hit me... why go someplace that does not extend high-quality care why not go to Kossof's. more

I was always afraid to wear bangs because of a colic I have, but my stylist helped me out and now I love them! more

The nail area is so dirty, she used materials that were sitting around her table which had nail clippings and dust everywhere, gross. My biggest complaint is that, she knew this was my first time with this kind of manicure. And told me not to open any of the nail polish bottles. That the colors outside were exactly how they show up on the nail. So I picked a color, which appeared to be a neutral white-ish and began. Through the process of the UV drying I'm sitting there waiting for the color to show up because my nails looked like they had a clear coat on and nothing else. And I asked her, how does the color come out? And she said - this is the color, they aren't any neutral colors for the no-chip mani. !!! So I just spent $40 for my nails to be completely clear. I'm livid. I told the manager as I paid to leave and she reduced the price by $5 - nice, but doesn't so me much good anyway. I have a photo shoot this weekend with my three week old daughter and was looking forward to having pretty nails in the pics, as well as not having to maintain them so much in the next couple of weeks with a newborn at home. Now I'm just more frustrated and upset. No more Teddie's for me. more

Not only did I have 5 girls, my flower girl, my mom, and of course, myself (the bride) set up with scheduled appointments, but Teddies was able to accommodate four more of my relatives with only a 10 minute warning. On top of that, my poor little flower girl was so exhausted that she wasn't in the mood to get her hair done. However, after having her sit on my lap while my hair got done, my stylist (Donna) and I managed to convince her it was like a game and she ended up getting her hair done! Not only that, but each of my girls had their hair styled to suit their own looks with two orchids styled and they all looked stunning! So glad we went with Teddies! Thanks for making our day so beautiful! more

My regular hair stylist was out of the country, so your staff found a temporary replacement, who proved to be every bit as skilled and personable as my usual stylist. Everyone with whom I come in contact at your shop is always exceptionally thoughtful, friendly, and good at what they do. Even the people who wash your hair are exceptional. The atmosphere is always cheerful and comfortable. It's a great place. Thanks. more

My Keratin Express was excellent, however i was quite surprised to find that this service had increased in price to $125! I had in fact clarified this with whom the person i made the appointment (that the service was $99 with Donna, since I usually have this done with Jason). When i checked out and found this on my bill and exclaimed, i was told that this was on the website!! Not good!! As much as i love this service and love you guys, I was not pleased with the way this was handled! As a note, the Keratin Express is pretty much offered everywhere for $99, so i cannot imagine why you chose to increase this. I am not a big complainer as a rule, but i do come monthly for my color and find these increases objectionable! Thanks! Faye Rosenberg more

Essi has been coloring my hair for over 10 years now... she is very attentive, friendly and patient! She's a great listener. She gives the same fantastic service to every one of her customers..I enjoy observing her interaction with the clients while I sit and wait for my timer to go off..and of course..she knows color! I always love waiting to see what she did with other people's hair. She is particularly great at color corrections..which is how I first met her myself.! Donna and Bianca are fantastic with the scissors! Have never gotten a bad haircut! It's very comforting to know that when you walk in the door you'll ALWAYS feel even better when you walk out! And yes.. from the receptionist to the shampoo girl.. the service is the best! more

I have been going to Teddie Kossof's Salon for hair cuts and color for about 10 years now.. GREAT service from every employee..from the time you walk in the door ..are greeted by the friendly staff at the desk ..move on to the shampoo room.. run into a few maintenance workers and finally make it to your colorist or stylist.. you recieve nothing but the best of care! From top to bottom the entire staff is friendly, warm and welcoming...it's always gonna be a good morning when I start off at Teddies! more
