My sister-in-law and I went for a mini spa day and it was anything but memorable. From the moment we walked in, I felt like herded cattle. Upon check in, where we were briefly greated, we hastily followed someone to the massage/facial area. While the environment was nice, the "face" person of the area was cold. My contact was friendly enough, but she wanted to chit chat while I wanted a relaxing massage; when I asked her for more pressure, she told me that I didn't need it. From there, we went up two flights of stairs for our hair treatment, which was a bizaree experience. While I waited, three employees stood around watching someone get their hair cut. From there, we went to get our mani/pedis and while the women working on us were nice enough, we were moved from place to place in a cramp area in the back. Our personal items, which we had no idea where we were supposed to place, were moved around as well. The final checkout left something to be desired as well, as we were made to feel as if we were imposing on the women behind the counter. Needless to say, I wasn't sad to leave.
