My Keratin Express was excellent, however i was quite surprised to find that this service had increased in price to $125! I had in fact clarified this with whom the person i made the appointment (that the service was $99 with Donna, since I usually have this done with Jason). When i checked out and found this on my bill and exclaimed, i was told that this was on the website!! Not good!! As much as i love this service and love you guys, I was not pleased with the way this was handled! As a note, the Keratin Express is pretty much offered everywhere for $99, so i cannot imagine why you chose to increase this. I am not a big complainer as a rule, but i do come monthly for my color and find these increases objectionable! Thanks! Faye Rosenberg
