wedding day 9/6/2011

mother of the bride, hair done by Betty $30.00 bride, hair done by someone else, $100.00, not so great, she didn't understand "part up, part down" put the whole thing up. Did not want to hear about her mistake. Hair was falling before we left the salon. more

The customer service is very good, the customers and staff are very friendly and I have been very pleased with all the services I have received there. It is very nice when they have their Teddie Events and a very good value for the money or if they are free. more

From the moment I'm greeted at the front desk, I know that their high level of customer service has never wavered. Each member of the staff takes the time to make sure you're in the right place and will personally escort you to your next station if you're having more than one service completed in a day. Inga is an expert colorist. Irene is a great manicurist. more

I recently moved out of the area and couldn't wait to come back for a weekend trip so I could get my hair colored by Tom and cut by Cassie. They are simply the best in my opinion. I wish I could take them with me back to Minneapolis. more

Wonderful and relaxing. Everyone is so kind and professional. I neglected calling in ahead of time for a much needed mani pedi and the salon Manager worked with me to accomodate MY crazy schedule... and my nails still look perfect after a weekend of events and nonstop running around. more

I've been going to Teddie Kossof for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. Extremely friendly people, a nice vibe, and a great haircut. I've always gone to Lucia and she brings the perfect combination of terrific skills and a really fun, warm, and enjoyable personality. If all the other stylists are as great as Lucia, you can't go wrong! more

Zack is always very courteous, cuts my hair just the way I like it and is on time for my appointment. Woman who shampooed my hair very personable, as well. Thank you for the birthday gift of mousse! That's a very nice touch!!!!! more

My colorist always understands what I am looking for. I don't like to be SO blonde in the fall and winter and she knows just how blonde to go. I love her. My stylist is also amazing. I have curly hair and she looks my hair over carefully before the wash so she can see how the curls are behaving and cuts them to perfection more

One of my worst manicures to date. 8/30/2011

I tried the shellac manicure as a gift certificat was given to me on this service. I was continually talked out of using a bright color as I was told it might not look good. Unfortunately, they were right but not because the color didn't look good, but because they did the worst job at covering my nails! All sides of my nails and top of my nail beds are completely bare making it look like I received this manicure over a week ago - when I just received it yesterday. I was also continually being talked into trying to buy nail polish and oils that I have no desire to buy and was even offered an eyebrow wax, which was clearly a setup between two techs who first talked in a foreign language and then acted like they were talking about themselves before offering me the wax. It was very uncomfortable, my nails look awful and I would never return for a service of this kind. more

Yesterday I had my hair colored by Essie and conditioned with Inphenom. In my opinion...Essie is the best colorist at Teddie's salon! My color is always so natural and perfect for my skin tones! The conditioning process of Inphenom is amazing and makes my hair silky and strong. I also had my hair cut and styled by Tara. She is perky and a very precise hair cutter and stylist. Perfection is her goal and I always feel younger and perky myself after she has done my hair! Thank you ladies for making me feel beautiful each and every time that I see you both! more
