Always brilliant 9/26/2011

I was scheduled for a 5 PM appointment on a Saturday even though closing time is 5 PM. Bianca was amazing as usual...didn't have to provide much instruction and my hair turned out brilliant. more

Highlight? 9/26/2011

I will not returning for future services nor recommending this salon to my coworkers or friends. After my highlight the Colorist was nowhere to be found. The Colorist did not check to see if I was happy with the color. The next day, my co-workers said it did not look like I had any work done. They thought my appointment was cancelled. more

Waxing with Angelina 9/26/2011

I went in for my first time for a couple of waxing services. Angelina was amazing. She was meticulous and thorough which I really appreciated. She also made me feel very comfortable. I have found a new place near my work that I will come back to. more

I have been with my beautician for six or more years. I am always happy with the result plus her upbeat attitude is so refreshing. The shampoo ladies and gents are very professional and friendly. I love going to Teddies! more

Overpriced 9/24/2011

I love the way Zack does hair but the prices are too high for me. I have very little hair and don't think its right that I had to pay $65 for a trim and $130 for highlights & lowlights. That is just way too much for the amount of hair that I have. Plus, the lowlight color is not what I asked for. My husband says it looks all the same color so why did I pay $130 for full foil highlights & lowlights? I love your shop but I feel like I am being overcharged for the amount of hair I have. more

AMAZING Thanks so much to Cassandra and Maria for the gorgeous haircut from Cassy and color Maria. LOVE it as usual. This salon is the BEST and offers so much to each client. Beyond the customer service there a special feel from everyone working at the Salon. Love the online scheduling 9/22/2011

I have always been very satisfied with the various services offered at Teddy Kossof. The addition of online scheduling is terrific! It's fast, easy and very convenient. I received a quick response from Amy and an appointment within the time-frame I requested. Sometimes talking on the phone isn't always possible, but sending an email (whether by smart phone or computer) is. Thanks for the added convenience! more

my first appointment at your salon spa was yesterday afternoon for an eyebrow wax and an lash and brow dye.I was referred by someone who also had an appointment at the same time. My appointment was with Mira.....very talented professional.She explanined everything as she did it. Nice result. I will return for other services!! I found all the staff cheerful and helpful. Everything, including the choices of tea, was just perfect for my first visit. Thank you. more

I just came in for some hair products and the girl behind the desk was very helpful. She recommended some things and asked what I was looking for. Her name may be Angie, or Angela, but I'm not sure. Long dark, curled hair. Very nice. Thank you. more
