KRISTY KNOLLENBERG has been my hairdresser for over three years. Without a doubt, she is the best hairdresser I have ever had. I previously had hairdressers in San Francisco, Marin and Contra Costa Counties in the Bay Area, and while they were all very good, they did not give me the kind of expert service and care that I receive from Kristy. She makes me feel as if I'm her most important client (I'm sure every one of her clients feels the same.) Kristy always gives me tips and advice on how to take care of my hair style; if I want to make changes in style (frequent) she let's me know if she thinks it's a good idea or not; if I need renewed highlights, she'll let me know; she trials new products on her own hair and let's me know if she thinks they'd be good for my hair and how to use them. She's able to translate my poor descriptions of a new hair style into exactly what I had in mind. If I have to reschedule, Kristy always has (or makes) time for me. Most importantly, Kristy never acts as if she's in a hurry to get finished with me so she can get to her next client or other personal matter, a situation that has all too often occurred with past hairdressers. I highly recommend Kristy to anyone looking for a hairdresser who really cares about her client! more

Atmosphere is nice, hand massage is nice, but I did a partial highlight and trim, not a haircut, just a trim, I left there paying $170+ a tip. I have shoulder length hair. I feel that their prices are ridiculous. I have had the same quality color if not better elsewhere, and paid under $120. I will not be returning. ALSO, I took my 5 yr. old in for a trim, again, just 1/2 inch off her hair, they charged me $38.00. That is crazy. Lindie is nice but the salon prices are crazy. They do not listen to feedback either, their prices have went up a lot in the last two years. I understand they need to make money, but it's over the top. more
