An Experience Like No Other 6/26/2011

From the moment I walked in for the first time on June 25 until I left, it was the most unique experience and I only came in for a haircut. I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment with Casey Spencer. She was very gracious and treated me like a VIP. She did my hair just the way I wanted it. I will recommend Tangerine to my friends. more

Hair color, cut and style 6/25/2011

Alexis is amazing! I was very satisfied with how my color came out to include the cut and style. The salon is beautiful and clean. One suggestion- keep the candle burning in the bathroom if you can- it made it a peaceful environment and smell nice too! :). Thank you for the stress reducing experience! more

Alexa is excellent with custumer service and she is excellent on coloring and cutting hair. I feel she needs to improve on styling hair and fitting the hair style to the customers face. I have had several appointments with Alexa and my daughter was showing her how I like to wear my hair plus what looks best on me. I feel that their is room for improvment on styling the hair that best fits the customer. A top notch hair stylist is able to cut & design the hair to best fit & enhance the customer & that is a real art. more

Feedback 6/21/2011

This is my 3rd time, and I'm just not that impressed. I like the stylist as a person, but I've never left feeling like, "Wow, now that was worth what I paid!" In fact, I don't think I'll be back. $230 is just really out there for a partial color an alright haircut. Yes, the blue oil, the shoulder massage and hand massage are nice... but I'm paying to get my hair done, and for what I'm paying I should feel great when I walk out of there, not like I need to go home put my head in the basin and wet it so I can style it myself and maybe buy some L'Oreal to touch it up. more

I've been seeing Jen for years and as always, she is fantastic. She is only 1 of 2 stylists that I have ever trusted completely (with my last stylist, I traveled 3 hours 1 way to do my hair every 6-8 weeks). She is amazingly talented and fun to talk to as well. more

I knew my hair needed a better cut and color. Kacy talked me through the process of taking out the brassy red. She explained how she would cut my hair. Everything added up to a wonderful experience. When I look good on my own, I know the stylist did a great job! more

What an AMAZING experience! 6/13/2011

I absolutely love this salon. It is such a different experience to actually get to go into a SPA where they treat you like royalty. Dan (at the front desk) was such a caring and welcoming person who made the experience that much better. He made sure I was taken care of and that I had a great time, checking in on me after each section of my appointment. Logan (asst) and Stephanie (stylist) were both funny and personable, I felt like we were great friends after only 10 minutes or so! So much fun, thank you Tangerine! more
