I've lived in Reno for 5 years and have had difficulty finding a salon and stylist that really 'got me'! :) I was a regular at an Aveda salon in St Louis MO. I was referred to Rene by a local fan of her's and imagine how thrilled I am!!!! Rene is actually from the midwest too and we had a great visit. I had a fabulous cut and color and I felt like I had found 'home' again in a salon. You can't beat Aveda for products, quality, and Tangerine for an 'experience' of pampering and rejuvenation. I will recommend Rene to everyone I know! She is fabulous (and gorgeous too!) What a pro and a tallented stylist! Perfect color and cut! Go to her now!!!!!! more

It was my first time there and they did a good job i like the girl that did my hair lauren.. the only thing that didn't made me happy is... when I made an appt the guy said it will be 20 % off since it's my first time there. and also when I got there he mentioned it again that I will be getting a discount. but when I was paying he charged me the normal price i didn't say anything because i wanted him to be honest with me. but I guess he wasn't or forgot about it so that is not really good customer service. i liked my hair lady but the front desk guy was forgetful. more

From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. Everyone was very friendly and nice. The displays were well organized and easy to shop. Lauren was my stylist and I really liked her. She was super nice and down to earth. It is a bit more expensive than I usually pay but worth it. I love the head massage, all the organic products smelled and felt so good, and the tea was a nice touch. I can't wait to go back! more

High Degree of Coloring Expertise 8/30/2011

I have hair that is difficult to color as it has a tendency to turn brassy quickly. I have been having my coloring done at the AVEDA tangerine salon now for almost a year and my hair has no brassy hue. My hair has never been in better health. Thank you for the quality work and products! more

Excellent Service from Tangerine Aveda and Lindy 8/29/2011

This is my second time at Tangerine aveda for a haircut. I would pay money just for the head and hand massage. The haircut was great. Lindy listened to what I wanted and threw in a little flair too. It is definitely worth my money to go to this Salon. more

I am from Reno and was leery of trying a new salon/stylist. I was in desperate need of a cut and style and decided to give Tangerine Aveda a try. From the moment I stepped in the door I was impressed. The salon is really up to date and beautiful inside. The receptionist were friendly, but the real treat came from my stylist. Kelsey (my stylist) gave me one of the best cuts I have ever had in my life. I have been back three times now and have starting getting my cuts and color from her. She is the only one who has got my color exactly how I want it and cuts my hair to perfection as well. If you want to be satisfied go to Tangerine! more

I have blond (really dyed gray and white) hair and I am very picky about the color. Kristy nailed it and gave me a great cut too. The salon is clean and very inviting. And they have refreshments. more

There were way too many reminders about my appointment. I received about 2 on email and then about 3 on my phone. 1 is plenty and helpful, but 5 is a big nuisance! My appointment with Selena was wonderful! I'm definitely treated like a queen! more

The staff at the salon are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! 8/21/2011

I had a fantastic experience! Lauren did my special occassion hair. Terra did my make-up. I left there looking and feeling terrific thanks to the two of them. I wish I lived closer because they would totally be my "go-to" team for all my hair/makeup needs. more
