My experience has been mostly positive. The aroma from the natural products is lovely and usually it is quiet and peaceful, although the last visit had a rather loud group and appointment dates I wanted were not available. more

I had a wonderful service with Ana. She did a fantastic job, and she was extremely knowledgeable and educated me on what she was doing and went over all the products she used. The next time I am in Reno I will definatly be back to see Ana. Thank you for a relaxing afternoon! more

Appointments at Tangerine Aveda Salon and Spa 10/15/2011

As always my appointments with Alexa at your salon are excellent. My husband sees Renee and he too has a very positive experience. We always enjoy our time. The rest of the staff is always very friendly and attentive when we arrive for our appointments. If I have any complaint it is the over kill in reminding us of our appointments. I respond when I recieve notice but continue to get reminders including the day of our appointment. Not only text messages but e-mails too. So much so that when our dental office was going to go this route we oppted out. No other complaints or unsatisfactory reports from us. I continue to recommend Tangerine Aveda Salon and Spa. Beautiful Salon, great service ! 10/12/2011

Having your hair done at Tangerine Spa is quite an experience. My stylist was Kelsey, who began my visit with a neck massage. She was adorable, very pleasant and sweet, and due to have a baby soon, which didn't slow her down one bit. After a brief consultation, she deftly finished my foils, rinsed me out, then wrapped a warm towel around my neck and gave me a wonderful hand massage. The hilights were perfect, and she even trimmed up a few little strands which were bothering me. All in all, I'd highly recommend her and the Salon. It's me new home away from home. more

Excellent services by Tara and Stacie! 10/12/2011

Both of these women are consummate professionals. I describe a particular issue and they both come up with solutions and usually the perfect product to address the issue. They are also very open to listening to the client's wishes and making sure that the result is exactly what I want! I drive from far northwest Reno for each appointment but I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

A lead stylist, first name Stephanie, at the Summit Sierra location cut my hair yesterday. She is exceptional at what she does. I occasionally use other stylists, but they just make me realize that I need Stephanie to get it right. more
