I've been a customer with Swezey Fuel Co. for approx. 7 months. Not that it's been all good. As it turned out I ran out of heating oil where I had to call Swezey to advise they had $900.00 of my money (chose budget) & no oil was delivered in 6 months. Fast forward to the hot water tank I had prior to switching to Swezey was leaking. I called Swezey Fuel for an estimate on a new hot water heater. I choose to fast forward again because it wasn't pleasant. Then came Scott L. the technician to replace the hot water tank. He was a very kind & able technician. Scott L. was the highlight of my dealings with Swezey Fuel because he was considerate to my prior history with Swezey Fuel. For instance in speaking with Tony as he gave me the estimate I was stating to him it was too high. His response was "feel free to get other estimates." I will take this opportunity to say "I don't need anyone's permission to get other estimates.!" I suspect if I were a man he would not have said that to me. Then at last Scott L. was in the picture. This young man was respectful & had a way of erasing the prior dealings I went through with having no heat after running out of oil, Carl was condescending on the phone & Tony's estimate was too high. Thank you Scott. more

My gas burner went out Jan 4 at the peak of the winter storm. The winds were swirling the snow around, making visibility very difficult. But Joe G showed up to make repairs it was no easy job as Joe had to make 3 return trips to put all things in working order. A job above just doing a job he cares about his customers and the company is lucky to have a competent and caring employee. The customer service ladies did a great job as well. Dennis V more

TJ has GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, GREAT KNOWLEDGE OF HIS PRODUCT, EXPRESSED EASE & COMFORT IN SHARING HIS PROCEDURES. I would wait until he is available on any future service calls that I can plan with Swezey Fuel Co. My capitals in the post are on purpose to emphasize the point I had written. The only thing that is bothersome is that we now have to pay for an annual contract, where it used to be in the price of the oil. You would pay a bit more for the oil and the contract would be included. But now you have to pay for the annual service contract and a higher price for oil. They are a very good company, the service men and women are fantastic and always friendly and helpful more

The serviceman, Mike, who installed my new hot water heater was friendly,professional and did a wonderful job. I have also had an oil burner installed by Swezey last year and that was also a good experience. Swezey delivers my oil and has had my contract for many years and I've never had any problem with them. Really great service. more
