They did not pass inspection with the new heating and cooling system they put in my house. Now I can not get them out here to fix their errors. Today, I had a no call/no show. They will not work with my schedule and do not call me when they say they will. Horrible Cust. Service! more

We put in a new heating and air conditioning system from Superior. I have had them out already within 2 weeks to fix the system. Today, the inspector came out and found three errors with instalation. I spoke with a manager/owner and they are too busy until next week to get back with me about fixing it correctly. Very sad! more

We found out that our original AC unit was not good. Superior Heating and Cooling Management, Inc. gave us a number of options and choices for us to choose from. They explained the pros and cons of each product. We made our decision to go with the Air Core unit. They came out on the right day at the time we'd scheduled them to and got right to work with the installation. They replaced some of the old existing duct work underneath the house. Everything has been working just fine so far. It was a very good experience and we'll continue with them. more

So far, the service from Superior Heating and Cooling Management, Inc. has been 5 stars. But the air handler we got from them 5 years ago has had nothing but problems. They always come out when we call, and provided excellent service. About 2 weeks ago, I had them install a brand new unit. So far, it's been working great. For now we will continue to use Superior. more

The people from Superior Heating and Cooling Management, Inc. were all great, knowledgeable, prompt and very polite. I thought the price was fair and the equipment is nice. I'm pretty sure I would use them again in the future. They had a difficult installation, not the installation itself, rather with the space they needed access to. They had to disassemble the unit to get it into the space. They did it with no complaints and were very careful. The unit works great and I have nothing bad to say about them. The only feedback is that I'd asked that they save our unit to show the warranty company the power surge damage. They told us they could hold it for a limited time, but didn't tell me how long. It turned out to be 30 days, which is a reasonable period of time for the warranty company to go out there to see the unit. However, in our case, when I called to check in to see if they had been out there I was informed that our unit had been destroyed but the warranty company hadn't gone out there. So, knowing the exact time period would have been nice. more

Superior Heating and Cooling Management, Inc came out to service the old AC unit I had. Previously, I had looked into getting a new unit from another company, but I felt like they really didn't answer my questions. In conversing with the fellow from Superior, I felt he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I don't remember all the details, but the serviceman from Superior provided a lot of good information to me. I reviewed the information with my wife, and we decided to go ahead and get a new unit from them because even though the old unit was still operating, it was drawing in a high amount but not pushing out a ton of cool air and so forth. They let me know that they'd be here on a particular day, and they did show up when they said they would. They got it done when they said it'd be done and they did everything they said they'd do. It's the little things that matter, that a lot of contractors miss, this company did such as following up with us. So far, the new unit is working fine. more

We have a service contract with Superior Heating and Cooling Management, Inc., we have for about 5 years now. They were out here recently for a maintenance check, so we didn't call them. They come out about 2 times a year to check on everything for us. Usually when they come out, they end up finding a problem, I don't like that much, but I know it happens where something has burnt out, or is burning out and something needs fixing. It seems like AC's in Florida don't tend to last long. So, we went ahead, at their urging and bought a new unit. The sellers were really nice and had good senses of humor, which I always appreciate. The group of fellows who came out to do the installing were very nice. They were certainly efficient in what they were doing and that's why I rated them so highly and would recommend them to others.
