So far, the service from Superior Heating and Cooling Management, Inc. has been 5 stars. But the air handler we got from them 5 years ago has had nothing but problems. They always come out when we call, and provided excellent service.
About 2 weeks ago, I had them install a brand new unit. So far, it's been working great. For now we will continue to use Superior.
