Review content:
We have a service contract with Superior Heating and Cooling Management, Inc., we have for about 5 years now. They were out here recently for a maintenance check, so we didn't call them. They come out about 2 times a year to check on everything for us.
Usually when they come out, they end up finding a problem, I don't like that much, but I know it happens where something has burnt out, or is burning out and something needs fixing. It seems like AC's in Florida don't tend to last long. So, we went ahead, at their urging and bought a new unit. The sellers were really nice and had good senses of humor, which I always appreciate.
The group of fellows who came out to do the installing were very nice. They were certainly efficient in what they were doing and that's why I rated them so highly and would recommend them to others.
