The people from Superior Heating and Cooling Management, Inc. were all great, knowledgeable, prompt and very polite. I thought the price was fair and the equipment is nice. I'm pretty sure I would use them again in the future. They had a difficult installation, not the installation itself, rather with the space they needed access to. They had to disassemble the unit to get it into the space. They did it with no complaints and were very careful. The unit works great and I have nothing bad to say about them. The only feedback is that I'd asked that they save our unit to show the warranty company the power surge damage. They told us they could hold it for a limited time, but didn't tell me how long. It turned out to be 30 days, which is a reasonable period of time for the warranty company to go out there to see the unit. However, in our case, when I called to check in to see if they had been out there I was informed that our unit had been destroyed but the warranty company hadn't gone out there. So, knowing the exact time period would have been nice.
