Sunset Air, and Kasey L. provided the best service we have ever experienced in over 50 years, 5 states and 8 homes. We called Sunset on Saturday Sept 23, 2017. Our A/C system is a complicated 18SEER two stage Rudd and failed due to electrical problems following hurricane and power loss. The dispatcher, Kaylynn, was very helpful and sent Kasey L. out to our home in Estero. Kasey was very knowledgeable, extremely well mannered, and was able to troubleshoot and correct multiple issues with our system. Kasey was determined and did not leave until 8PM when he had our A/C running. We called Sunset after our usual service company had worked 3 days and left Friday evening unable to get our A/C running. We will only use Sunset and Kasey from now on!
