It started with a phone call from Kaylynn to remind me of my upcoming AC service call and was ready to schedual the appointment, I asked if Sagar was available and he was. On the day of the appointment they kept me informed as to when Sagar was to arrive and he was right on time. My service was very professional and friendly. Sagar kept me informed as to how the service was going with some helpful insights to keeping my AC running at the perfect capacity. I'm looking forward to working with them again for my next service. more

Have had problems with our AC and living a long distance away from our second home it isn't easy to arrange for check ups. The Sunset Air staff have been very helpful and professionell. I warmly recommend them. more

Maggie is wonderful, direct, clear, helpful, patiently answered my questions. Tom was professional, knowledgeable. He worked on my poos heater in high temperature, in the sun, and got my heater working (so far LOL). For the amount of time he and Alan worked, I thought $143. was fair. ***And they had their own booties for their shoes! Respected my home. more

New AC system 3/13/2021

Could not be more pleased with new Trane AC Compressor/Handler system installed by Sunset Air. Service Manager came out and spent over an hour with me going thru the options and answering my questions. When he left the choice had been made and installation was already scheduled. The installation was very professional, on time and is the best looking, neatest system install I have ever seen. Very happy with the performance of Sunset and my new system. Matt Silva was the head installer and was great to deal with, did a wonderful job. I chose Sunset Air for the new system because of the good and honest service they gave on my old system for the last few years, much better than the company that installed that system in 2013. more

The team of Grant Womack, Sr. Tech, and Roger and Tyler, installers did an excellent job with explaining the issues of why I needed a new unit, gave me a fair price and completed the installation professionally and timely. They get 5 stars in my opinion. more

Sunset Air is the BEST. I just had my 6 month service and once again I got Sagar to preform the service. He call prior to arrival and on time. He came in a mask and had booties and looking professional at that. He once again when through the whole system and answered all my question and completed the job in a timely manner. Kaylynn set up the service and she was very friendly and professional too. They are a Great team. Thanks again for an outstanding experience. more

A/C Repair 8/28/2020

I appreciate Sunset Air sending Christopher S, out to us so late in the day. I was on the road in Central FL when my wife called and said the master bedroom A/C wasn't working, but I couldn't be much help. Told her to call Sunset Air. They sent Christopher S. to us within an hour,he quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged drain, flushed it out good, and we were up and running. Great response!!! . more
