Strike Twice helped me with my computer issues immediately and offered me half off if I picked it up three days later. 11/26/2012

I've got an older computer and my Netzero company sent me a Norton anti-virus CD to stick in and load. It overtook my whole computer and froze it down because I didn't have enough memory on the computer. Strike Twice took that off for me, put on another type of anti-virus software, and added some extra memory. They offer a discount for half off if you agree to pick up your computer three days later rather than immediately. I like that I can choose to have a discount. I'd recommend them. more

I called in because my computer was having major problems. They diagnosed things quickly and determined what the problem was. On Saturday I took it in, and they had it ready for me on Tuesday morning. They got it done quickly and well and I haven't had any problems with it since. They did exactly what they said what would do. more

Great experience!! Wonderful service and great advice and education. Especially as a woman, they didn't talk down to me or try to take advantage of me. Prices were great and quick turn around. Great but could be better 2/27/2012

I was pleased that you were able to recover all of the data off my laptop. But I was disappointed that you originally told me that my hard drive failure was the cause of my laptop crash. Then you told me that there was nothing wrong with the hard drive. I would have thought a diagnosis would have discovered the cause for the crash. Now I don't know if my year-old laptop is bad or not especially since my brand new one is popping up the same screen but recovers when re-started. more

Strike Twice Computers is great! I use them for recommendations on what new products, in terms of hardware, to buy. They come to the office, and they've got great service for hooking everything up with the network and transferring all the old files on new laptops so I don't lose data. Overall, it's great! more
