Review content:
I was pleased that you were able to recover all of the data off my laptop. But I was disappointed that you originally told me that my hard drive failure was the cause of my laptop crash. Then you told me that there was nothing wrong with the hard drive. I would have thought a diagnosis would have discovered the cause for the crash. Now I don't know if my year-old laptop is bad or not especially since my brand new one is popping up the same screen but recovers when re-started.
