I have known Keith, and been going to Strike Twice Computers, for at least ten years. At first, he was operating out of his basement, and I've watched the company grow to a shop in a good location with several employees. I have purchased two computers from Keith, and had him build two more for me. Additionally, I take over for repair probably one computer a month for the nonprofit that I work for.
Keith always gives me a good estimate, and the computers are ready when he says they will be. If it's not ready at the appointed time, he always calls me to tell me why, and then I don't worry about why it isn't ready. The last time that happened, it was because of an uncommon motherboard that they had to order, which of course is understandable.
Beyond his skill with computers, I like Keith because of his willingness to share some of his time and talent without charging for it. He will give his knowledge to the community through free workshops and things like that. It's really an asset.
A lot of people think that with a small company like Strike Twice, you have to deal directly with the owner. But Keith has a top notch associate named Susie, and I don't hesitate to go to her if he's not available. Everyone who works there knows what they are talking about, and does a good job. I live a ways away from the shop, but I am willing to make the special trip for all of the reasons listed above.
