Overall Experience is Above Average+ 10/12/2011

I use Strike Twice primarily be cause of their ability to solve my problem quickly and effectively. Problems are corrected the first time. I have never had to return an item to be fixed again. I would recommend Strike Twice to anyone who has a difficult computer problem, but is willing to spend a little more to have their problem taken care of the first time. more

Well qualified technicians do a quick diagnosis when you bring your computer in, then give you an idea of what may be wrong and a general estimate of what it may cost to fix. They speak in ways that are easy to understand. Honest folks! more

Confidence they will solve my IT issue, but... 10/6/2011

Quality of work has been excellent. Some of their billing rules are (or last time I was there were....) frustrating. I understand that a Rush fix interrupts their schedule and has higher value to the client. So a higher rate makes sense. But one day I needed a CD/DVD disk driver replaced. It is a 10 minute job. No reason to leave the computer for the 4 day (or whatever) non-rush period. I arrived late in the day. They had no active projects - were talking. They fixed it perfectly. And then billed me the rush rate since it was same day service. I haven't been back. But I do know that if I need rush service and I need it fixed for sure, the can do it. more
