Mike was so wonderful. He helped my mother and I find the Perfect Watch for my brothers 21st birthday. We got such a great deal too. Update, since my original visit I've returned to sell some old broken jewelry since Mike told me that they buy Gold. This is a really neat store rather you are buying or selling. more

sold an old neckless 1/21/2014

I sold an old gold neckless that actually weighed nearly 4 ounces, and it was 18k so I got about 3 ounces worth of money. It was given to me over 10 years ago and it's been unrepairable for over 5 years. more

We were so happy to receive the finished product on a specially designed graduation ring we had made for our daughter later this year. We brought in pictures from 4 different rings and told them what characteristics we liked about each. The design was created out of resin and then we gave them the go ahead to make it in Gold. It's more Beautiful than we could have ever hoped for and best of all, it's a one of a kind. We were already totally satisfied loyal customers, and now this new creation is just another reason why. more

My Mom can not come to town without stopping in and checking the new specials. She has a real eye for good deals and she is always amazing everyone with her finds. No one is as thrifty as my Mom and she says no jeweler is even half as good as Dan over at Stone Oak Jewelers for Great Values. more

This is the one store in San Antonio my whole family knows about. Anytime my Moms comes to town to visit one of us in college she always has to go by and visit our family Jeweler names Dan over at Stone Oak Jewelers. Dan is the owner of this business and he will always be upfront and honest with you as he informs you about Diamonds and clarity and all that stuff Master Jewelers talk about. But one thing is for sure, Dan is the real deal. He'll a;ways give you the Best possible deal rather he's selling you a custom ring they designed for you or he's buying your old gold, you can bet he's always going to give you a great deal. ... more

Save yourself allot of grief... 8/11/2013

I was really stressed out because I couldn't find anywhere to buy my gold for a fair exchange. I even found one company who didn't want to buy my gold so much as they wanted to get me to allow them to Sell it for me in their own Auction. It sounded good until you realize they win either way by controlling the auction fees. So I was pretty much giving up until my friend suggested Stone Oak Jewelers. I have no idea they are so much more than a retailer. They buy and even custome design jewelry to your liking. I ended up accepting Dans offer because it was the best I'd received, and he is good people so I just figured they was the best deal I could hope for. I'm glad this ordeal is over but if and when the need comes up again, I will save myself allot of grief by just stopping off at Stone Oak Jewelers first. Cheers... more
