I had some old gold coins I had no idea about so I brought them over here and the gentlemen there were very helpful in explaining the value of my gold I sold them here and was very happy about the return on investment on my gold. I still have lots of old Jewelry and Stone Oak Jewelers is my new #1 stop. more

I brought in two old 14k chains and my old 10k class ring and received a check for a little over $1000! I was very impressed with the buyer at Stone Oak Jewelers. He even sent me to a coin dealer with some gold coins I had because he said I would probably get more money! I couldn't believe he was so forthcoming and honest! They really can afford to pay you more and will even explain to you why. Other buyers refused to directly answer my questions to my satisfaction! Thank you Stone Oak. more

I bought my wife's engagement rings at Stone Oak Jewelers. It was a custom design based on three different rings and we couldn't be happier with the end product. It was well worth double what we paid and I don't think anyone else could have created this masterpiece in San Antonio. So my Hats off to Dan of Stone Oak Jewelers. more

They Pay the Most for Gold 5/23/2013

We ended up here when my grandfather decided to cash in some gold coins he'd had forever. It was my job to search for the best rate of exchange and for doing such a great job I got a coin for myself and I sold it there as well. Good surprises do happen when you're doing good things for others. more

A better diamond at a great price !!! 5/22/2013

This is by far the best place to shop for an engagement ring! I went to three other places before Stone Oak Jewelers and was disappointed by the selection and quality of the stones. In fact, one place wanted a deposit just to bring in diamonds for me to look at. At Stone Oak I was greeted by Mike who showed me a great inventory of diamonds that I could look at with different settings. I was extremely impressed of his knowledge and just seemed like a great guy. I came back two days later and met the owner Dan and he showed me more diamonds and felt completely comfortable with my decision. Bottom line...I got a better diamond at a great price and my fiancee LOVES IT! I will refer all my friends to Dan & Mike. more

I could not have been happier with my experience with Stone Oak Jewelers. Having found them based on their excellent internet reviews, I stopped in on a weeknight to get started on the process of buying an engagement ring. After the initial consultation, I came back to take a look at four beautiful diamonds. Mike spent over an hour with me and answered every possible question that I had. Their work on the ring itself was absolutely breathtaking and best of all, my fiancee loves it! I give them my highest recommendation! more

Stone Oak Jewelers proved to be Simply Amazing. 5/2/2013

I wanted this perfect sapphire, a certain color, cut, length and width ratio and then set with a specific tiny diamond halo... Yes, high maintenance! Dan didn't even flinch. He showed me countless gems but none of them were "the one". Instead of giving up, he continued his search until we finally found it months later. And now I the proud owner of a beautiful blue sapphire and diamond platinum engagement ring. You can bet we'll be buying our jewelry from Stone Oak Jewelers for years to come :-) more

I purchased my setting and stone elsewhere from two different places, but brought it to Stone Oak Jewelers for mounting. They were very helpful and even pointed out a few problems with my semi mount that needed fixing that i hadn't even noticed. When Mike pointed it out, it was clear as day! Highest Recommendation Possible 4/24/2013

My wife and I had our wedding rings and her engagement ring designed at Stone Oak, and I can't imagine having this work done anywhere else - Dan is now like a member of the family, we stop in to have our rings cleaned and to catch up whenever we're in town. If you want basic, they can do that, but if you want one of a kind and personalized service, there are none better than the crew at Stone Oak Jewelers - we can't recommend it highly enough... more

I went all over town looking for a band that matched my engagement ring and had no luck. Stone Oak Jewelers was able to make a custom matching band for me and had it ready before promised! I gotten so many compliments on my wedding set! They have excellent customer service and a very friendly staff! I go to them for all my jewelry, watch, and clock repairs. My boyfriend and I were looking for estate wedding/engagement rings and Stone Oak Jewelers by far has the best selection of anyplace in the SA Area. The staff is very knowledgeable and let us put a ring on hold for 3 days while we thought about it. We continued to look, but at the end of the day I kept saying that none of the rings were as perfect as at Stone Oak. We ended up calling Dan and purchasing the one of a kind rings and we couldn't be happier. SOJ is definitely the place if you want to find a wedding/engagement ring that is one of a kind that you won't find anywhere else. We love SOJ and do suggest them to anyone! more
