Sung Hong and Joseph Park are great dealers 1/20/2016

I leased my first Passat model year 2014, in October 2015. The first dealer who helped me out the process of leasing this car was Joseph Park, who offered me a huge discount. The car had extra options such as tinting. Bluetooth connection, seat heating, leather seat options were extremely satisfying. Especially, after service was really satisfying. Service crews were kind, responsive, knowledgeable. Based on my first experience of this dealership, I leased my second car from Sung Hong, a new dealer but very experienced, attentive, and sensitive to the needs I presented. He allowed me to test drive "THREE" cars in our first meeting - Golf, Tiguan and Passat. I enjoyed not only the driving but also his detailed explanation on good and bads of each model. His recommended model of car was satisfying to me too. Now after the purchase, I can say for sure that this car truly deserves to be called as my "destiny" car. If you want no hassle car buying from a man who knows his product and will bend over backwards to make you happy in the purchase process, Wayne Williams is the man. I was in and out driving home in my new GTI before I knew it. Buyer Beware 3/10/2015

My customer service experience was atrocious. This is a dealership that doesn’t care about it customers once they drive off the lot.\r \r After attempting to sell me a second key at full cost in violation of the pre-certification, Stone Mountain Volkswagen assured me I would be sent a working key free of charge. A week later I received a non-programmed key that I was charged over $100 to program. I contacted VW of America and was told that I would be reimbursed. Weeks later, I have been assured by several Volkswagen representatives that “a check has already been cut” several times and given various explanations for why, weeks after I was initially contacted, I have not received any check. \r \r I would never do business with such an unprofessional, shortsighted organization again. more

Rose was very helpful and service was great. We still have a couple more times to come fix other parts but it was a courteous visit. We were very appreciative of the loaner car since we would have had difficulties going to and from work. more

Very Pleased 9/17/2014

I went out to my car and found the battery had died. I called the service center and inquired if they had any time to see me. (It was Saturday just before lunchtime.) I was told that they were pretty busy but to come in and they would take care of me. The service center replaced my dead battery and got me back on the road in no time. Everyone was very nice and very helpful.\r This is my first VW. I love the car and when it's time for me to get a new one I'll definitely be heading back to Stone Mountain VW. more

2010 Jetta Sportwagen TDI was towed to dealership on a Sunday morning. Rudy had already secured me a loaner when I called Monday morning, the car was diagnosed and fixed by Wednesday afternoon. All work was completed under warranty. The service was excellent, as it has been for all of my other visits. I haven't used the Express Service yet for routine maintenance issues, but I am going to start using it in the future for both of our VWs.\r more
