Great experience. Upfront, easy to work with.. didn't play games. Paperwork was done quickly.. only downside would be that the car's exterior was not clean and had a few scratches on it.\r \r Dealership staff was great. From David Schlipp to F&I, etc.. you've got this part dialed in. more

I went into St Mtn VW for service for 10000 mile service. I went in w/o an appt and was welcomed. I was in and out in approx an hour. It was a good experience. With one exception, I thought the salesman who came to the waiting area asking everyone in the area if they were ready to trade in there car, was annoying. It was that ""high pressure,"" environment that has pushed me away from others dealers. I could see that this man made one lady particularly uncomfortable. \r My rating of this experience is that of the service department only, overall with St Mtn VW, on this day, I was disappointed. more

Usual back and forth by sales person to sales management that is unfortunatly standard procedure when purchasing form a dealership.\r \r Joseph Park, the sales person was a pleasure to deal with inspite of this. He did everything I asked of him and had a great disposition. He was very prompt on follow-up and did not waste my time with unecessary contact. more
