My customer service experience was atrocious. This is a dealership that doesn’t care about it customers once they drive off the lot.\r

After attempting to sell me a second key at full cost in violation of the pre-certification, Stone Mountain Volkswagen assured me I would be sent a working key free of charge. A week later I received a non-programmed key that I was charged over $100 to program. I contacted VW of America and was told that I would be reimbursed. Weeks later, I have been assured by several Volkswagen representatives that “a check has already been cut” several times and given various explanations for why, weeks after I was initially contacted, I have not received any check. \r

I would never do business with such an unprofessional, shortsighted organization again.
