I knew what I wanted. The rep gave made some suggestions and also offered to do fix the bottom grill for no charge. Car was vacuumed and washed for free as well. more

Wonderful Buying Experience 6/24/2014

I came in looking for a rare color Beetle for my wife. I told Phillip that I needed the best deal and he sure did it. He is very technical and knows a lot of details of the car, which I love, so it wasn't just a sell but more of a conversation about cars. In the end I got the car earlier than I was expecting which was great. This was the second of many more VWs I plan to buy from him. more

Everyone was very polite and helpful, but took much longer than it should have. I made an appointment for an 8:00am oil change on a Tuesday. Arrived five mintues early and it still took 1.5 hours for an oil change. I would understand it taking this long if I didn't have an appointment, but I thought the appointment would speed things along - it did not.\r more
