He had no problems with sale process taking two days because I wanted my father to look at the car, and I wanted to do some additional research before I committed to buy, which I did.\r more

Overall, happy with the result. My car had to be towed in overnight and didn't know what was wrong. Service tech got back to me first thing in the morning. Only hiccup was replacing the battery purchased somewhere else. Since I didn't have a service loaner they sent a car for me along with the battery (under warranty) and I replaced it and sent new one back. Thank GOD the tech found cracked break lines and told me since that could have been fatal. Everything replaced and done timely and I never have to worry. This is why I keep coming back to this dealer. I only wish pricing was better on service BUT it is a German car and you get what you pay for. I still think VW quality are superior to other makes and models. Thanks Guys!\r more
