This was our second stop on our search for a granite island countertop. We didn't look anywhere else after visiting Stone Masters. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was patient and took the time to look through all the samples on the floor and remnants. She was efficient once we made our choice in finishing the paperwork and explaining all the steps ahead of us. Each individual we encountered through Stone Masters was professional and did their job well. We are very happy with the end product and found it easy working with Stone Masters. I would use them again in the future. more

The slab they had was what won them our business. They had what I had been looking for. However, as others have stated they lack comunication and will not even consider they have made an error. We had a brank new copper apron sink with areas that the patina had come off after the install.I called and they pointed fingers at everyone else and wouldn't consider the possibility that their sealant might have splattered in the sink. Was told owner would call. They never did. No sales followup. Nothing. I will admit to hanging up on their service rep who only wanted to tell me that coke or lemon from ice tea will do the same thing. We don't drink coke or lemony ice tea.I could tell they were looking for anyone else to blame but no way could they have made this happen. In fact we used paper cups while kitchen faucets were not installed. So nothing was left in sink except particles of food. Then they said the plumber must have done it while tightening down the fixtures. Luckily he didnt use chemicals that day. What is sad is I sent pictures that clearly show droplet shapes. They got their money and I get to tell everyone how poor their service is. I would not recommend them or any company who does not respond as promised to complaints.\r more

I recently had my counter tops done be Stone Masters and they did a fantastic job. Everyone who I dealt with from the templator, counter top removers, installers and Tracy DeZarate who was my sale person were all very professional and very willing to answer any questions that I had. The entire process was very easy and I would recommend Stone Masters to anyone. The final product looks amazing. more

My experience with Stone Masters was excellent from the start. I had actually decided on a dealer that a friend had recommended, but my contractor suggested I look at Stone Master. I emailed them and Carol responded immediately. Their product line is extensive and she was professional from the onset. They were competitively priced and their turn around time was quick. The specialist that came to measure was friendly and knew his job well. The installers were easy to work with and very accommodating during the entire process. I cannot stress enough how wonderful this experience was for me. Do not hesitate to call them! more

My wife and I recently had our kitchen redone. We visited several granite and marble dealers until we found the perfect granite slab for us at Stonemasters. We found the whole experience to be very professional. All of our questions were answered in a friendly and helpful manner. I wish I could say I had a great experience with Stone Masters, but it didn’t turn out that way.\r They shorten my counter top by 10 inches on the bar side, and never even looked at the drawing that we submitted, except for submitting a quote, and the fact that they sent me a refund was proof of their error, and they never admitted or acknowledged it. I also never got a copy of the drawing that Dave drew when doing the template. There was lack of communication with their staff, which made for a very bad experience. I am now FORCED to live with a bar top 6 inches shorter than my original, and 10 inches shorter than what I had ordered. Very disappointed. more

I would highly recommend Stone Masters. Once we had decided on soapstone for our new counters, we shopped around for some prices. Not only were Stone Masters' package prices great, they had the biggest selection of soapstone that I found in the Philadelphia area (many places had 2-3 varieties, while Stone Masters had plenty more). Bob was great at sending us our estimate right away, and making changes to it as we went along. He was thorough when explaining the contract and I never felt rushed. Our kitchen project was actually delayed (on our end) by two months total, and each time I called to check on my stone the receptionists were polite and helpful in answering my questions. Once we were finally ready for the counters, Brandon did a SUPERB job completing our template. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. Our counters were finished a lot quicker than expected and installation was flawless. We are so glad we went with Stone Masters! more

Stone Masters did an excellent job installing a beautiful soap stone counter in my new kitchen. They were helpful without being pushy and delivered a beautiful counter on time and budget. The work Stone Masters performed was great. Their customer service (Bob) with recommendation and selection of materials to following up with calls was timely and appreciated. The templating process (Brandon) was very helpful in finalizing placement and sizing of the countertops. The installation team mainatined a clean and orderly work area. Overall, this was one of the best supplier-customer relations I've had for a home improvement project.\r I would recommend Stone Masters to anyone contemplation a home improvement project. more

I used stonemasters for granite in my home. Tracy, in sales, was exceptional! I walked in with my budget, my cabinet sample, and my floor sample. She immediately knew the EXACT granite that would look amazing ... AND SHE WAS RIGHT! I can't thank her enough for her time and talent. Brandon came out and measured for the template. Stone Masters recently installed our beautiful kitchen countertop. From start to finish the experience was flawless. Carol helped us select the perfect granite slab and gave us a quick estimate. Brandon arrived on-time and made a perfect template. Jeremy and Carl also arrived on-time and did a great job installing the countertop. We just love our new counter tops. We went to lots of places, but wants we came to Stone Master than was no reason to continue searching. It was so nice to come to one place that does it all. The warehouse was clean and stocked with lots of chooses. The customer service was very good. The way customer service is to be. Quote was done by next day just as we were told. Removal was set up as soon as your choice was made. We went with the New Azul Aran. They said that they were working on a lead time of 8 to 10 days. It was 8 working days. I am very clean and they cleanup after themselves very nicely. So there was no complains. I would and have been telling everybody about them and their great service.\r Thanks guys John, Mike, Jim and also the other two guys who removed our old counter tops late on Friday afternoon. more

Stone Masters, Inc. installed my granite counters January 2014. The entire experience was positive. This company is WELL MANAGED and the employees are top notch and treated well by the company. The company was extremely efficient and responsive, never pushy but LISTENED to my objectives in my project and helped with suggestions. Their product was top notch, precise, and gorgeous. Stone Masters is an excellent choice for new countertops and kitchens. We recently purchased a new granite countertop from Stone Masters and we were thrilled by the service  every step of the way.  Natalie, our salesperson, showed us many slabs of granite and we chose the Blue Sapphire.  Brandon measured and prepared the template and helped us figure out what we needed to ensure the countertop was exactly where we wanted it and what curves and overhangs we needed.  Six days after the template John and Mike arrived to install the beautiful piece of granite.  They also installed the new sink, dishwasher and plumbing. \r All of the Stone Master employees were courteous, punctual and helpful. We would highly recommend Stone Masters to anyone looking for a new kitchen at a fair price. Ally and I love our new Kitchen. more

Stone Masters turned my vision into a reality. A one-of-a-kind stone crafted into a shower wall & vanity top which we get to enjoy every day. My granite countertops were installed yesterday and I just LOVE them. Jeremy and Chris did a wonderful job with the installation. The purchasing process was smooth. Brandon held my hand during the template process and gave me design tips and made it EASY. It was great working with a company that cares about their customers.
