The slab they had was what won them our business. They had what I had been looking for. However, as others have stated they lack comunication and will not even consider they have made an error. We had a brank new copper apron sink with areas that the patina had come off after the install.I called and they pointed fingers at everyone else and wouldn't consider the possibility that their sealant might have splattered in the sink. Was told owner would call. They never did. No sales followup. Nothing. I will admit to hanging up on their service rep who only wanted to tell me that coke or lemon from ice tea will do the same thing. We don't drink coke or lemony ice tea.I could tell they were looking for anyone else to blame but no way could they have made this happen. In fact we used paper cups while kitchen faucets were not installed. So nothing was left in sink except particles of food. Then they said the plumber must have done it while tightening down the fixtures. Luckily he didnt use chemicals that day. What is sad is I sent pictures that clearly show droplet shapes. They got their money and I get to tell everyone how poor their service is. I would not recommend them or any company who does not respond as promised to complaints.\r
