I was very pleased with my initial interactions with StoneMaster's - other than almost going into their office (an hour away from me) on Memorial day since they did not post that they were closed. I signed a VERY LONG and LIMITING contract the first day I want in for granite counters for my kitchen. I was Okay with the lengthy contract because I assumed that meant I was in a solid contract. I was very wrong. Later I found out that they were Scheduled to go on a week-long vacation while I was planning to be templated (I had told them this week from the 2nd e-mail with them). When I called to inquire (feeling lost and bumped back several weeks on schedule) they acted offended and accused me of telling them to not go on vacation. Mind you part of the contract says that YOU, the BUYER, cannot go on vacation during the time period, yet they apparently can shut down their whole operation and not notify you.
