Friendly and Knowledgable Service Advisors 3/27/2014

We barely were able to drive into the Agency with a failing Alternator and dead battery - The Service Department had the parts in stock and promptly went to work. We elected to take their paid for Rental Car to complete our business in town and picked up the car 5 hours later. Great service and car was washed and wiped down, inside and out. more

Service much better! 3/11/2014

Great Deal! oil change/rotation and car washed for 29.99 with coupon.Better than speedee lube or jiffy lube.So lets keep those coupons on your site and keep your customers coming back.My only suggestion would be a little faster on service work. Justin Clay the service advisor was very helpful. Seats are are hard in waiting area. more

Just trying to sell you a car 3/10/2014

My car needed basic repair and they made it out to be "the end of the world wasting your money" type scenario.When I went around to pick up car, shop looked empty,I wonder why. more

Waited 2 hours for oil change! 9/10/2013

My advise to this dealership.At the time of appointment,let the customer know about how long it will be before their car will be ready.Also 45.00 for an oil change?? I drove 20 miles for this service.Also offer your customers who purchased their car from you coupons.Finally when the owner sends a email out to you after the service and wants to know how they did,good or bad,,,, reply to them!! more
