Ron, the customer service agent, listened to everything I said and addressed all of the issues I had. I had been going to Folsom Hyundai for service but got blown off by their agent regarding the same issues (several times). After the 3rd time of taking my car in to them for the same thing and getting the same answer, I decided that I would never go back there. Even though Stockton Hyundai is farther away, it has now become the place where I will take my car for service and any issues that may arise.
