My advise to this dealership.At the time of appointment,let the customer know about how long it will be before their car will be ready.Also 45.00 for an oil change?? I drove 20 miles for this service.Also offer your customers who purchased their car from you coupons.Finally when the owner sends a email out to you after the service and wants to know how they did,good or bad,,,, reply to them!!
