I had a wonderful car buying experience and love my Elantra! When I brought it in for a recent service I was so happy to see Xavier! He sold me my car and is now in the service department. Great experience. The young man was very helpful and ensured the service team addressed an alignment prior to my 12K miles expired. Also reminded me of the 15K service that would be coming up. He made sure I wouldn't be impacted by having to wait too long... more

Hyundai Rep support 7/20/2015

After having my car for 2yrs. I wasn't knowable about the full correct setting of my air condition. Service man. put me at ease as he educated about how to set the air flow correctly. It now makes a huge difference while enjoying the pleasure of my 2013 Tucson by Hyundai. more

Tire recall replacement 7/17/2015

After waiting for almost (2) months to receive a call that the Michelin replacement tires have finally arrived @ the dealer, I had it performed on July 15. The service rep did not tell me approx. time it would take. After (3) hours of the unknown, and about ready to lose my patience, car was ready. I was told tires had to be Nitrogen inflated (PetraFlate), blah, blah, blah......... The personnel turnover at this dealer is unbelievable. Every visit for the past (2) months, I have had to deal with a NEW service mgr, with less experience. That's the PROBLEM, otherwise I am pleased with my new Genesis more

Bad repairs when changing timing belt 6/8/2015

After having my timing belt replaced, I had to return 3 times because of unusual noises. At the last return, Ken said that everything was running fine. Well the engine is still noisier than it was before the repairs. I still have odd noises in the morning when starting up and the engine still isn't as quiet going down the highway as it was before the repairs. Iv'e had this car since it had 8 miles on it, and I know when strange sounds appear. All I can say, is, I'm not happy with my car since the timing belt repairs........Edward Leicht more
