After waiting for almost (2) months to receive a call that the Michelin replacement tires have finally arrived @ the dealer, I had it performed on July 15.
The service rep did not tell me approx. time it would take. After (3) hours of the unknown, and about ready to lose my patience, car was ready. I was told tires had to be Nitrogen inflated (PetraFlate), blah, blah, blah.........
The personnel turnover at this dealer is unbelievable. Every visit for the past (2) months, I have had to deal with a NEW service mgr, with less experience.
That's the PROBLEM, otherwise I am pleased with my new Genesis
