I have had pretty good experience with the service at Stewart Cadillac. The only problem that I have had so far is the car wash and the I think the prices or service is too high. My service rep Patrick Allen is always gives me good customer service. more

I had my vehicle serviced at this location because it was part of my insurance's certified repair shops. Of the 10 or so times I visited the showroom, I was never once greeted with anything other than hungry salesmen who immediately ignored me with a derisive look after I indicated that I had a vehicle in for service. \r \r I was guaranteed that I would be satisfied of the repairs and the service manager, Demas, was entirely too eager that I give them a glowing review on the satisfaction survey. However, I had to hound them almost daily for updates because I kept getting answers like ""We should have that done tomorrow"" and never hearing back from them. I was ok that the repairs were taking some time as long as they were done right. \r \r Unfortunately, after receiving the car back, I made it 15 miles before my alternator belt was shredded because they hadn't checked the pulleys for damage and one pulley was completely mangled. The vehicle had to be towed back and there was further delay. \r \r When I received it back again, there was a terrible shudder when starting or turning off the engine. I insisted that there was a damaged engine mount but they insisted it was a transmission mount. \r \r After they replaced the transmission mount I inspected my still shuddering car and despite a readout from the ""alignment"" showing my vehicle to be in complete alignment, I saw the state of my tire on the driver side after 30 miles and I knew it had to be wrong. When I inspected the suspension, I found the lower control arm had been knocked off the center of the bushing. There's no way it would have been within alignment with the control arm that far off center. I found deep tool marks on the toe-in adjustment where they had used vice grips and one nut on the replaced steering knuckle was badly rounded where they had used an imperial impact socket rather than a metric. \r \r Finally after checking some more of their work I found the nut holding the steering knuckle in place to be only finger tight!!! If it weren't for the cotter pin I'm sure I'd be looking at a catastrophe if it had come off at any significant speed. \r \r In summary, unless your damage is cosmetic only, avoid their service center. It might cost you more than just a trip back! more

Do not buy from here.. My new SRX of 16 weeks has been in there shop for 8 weeks for a noise they can't fix. The want to offer me 6,500 less for my new car and sell me another new car??? Really that's how you handle this big an issue? My new Car that I have never enjoyed due to loud noise in back end isn't worth your time. Sadly I made a HUGE mistake buying from this company more

ABSOLUTELY NOT! I recently brought my Infiniti FX35 to Stewart Cadillac for repairs, due to their reputation for repairing higher end vehicles. I will NEVER be back. The car was stolen and then recovered, the repairs needed were fairly minor but these people couldn't even manage that. Their idea of detailing is disturbing. To keep it short, I'll just day that they lied to my husband and I, they did not repair what was supposed to be repaired, and caused further damage that they claimed was there when we brought the car in, despite the pictures that proved otherwise. They brought my car to a Nissan repair shop to have the air bag light reset (so they say, Nissan says they have no record of the car being there), which I did not ask them to do, nor did they ask if they could drive it to Nissan (but I guess they don't really need permission if they didn't actually do it). Their dishonesty was not the biggest problem. The biggest problem was STACY! She was AWFUL! It is clear that Stewart Cadillac does not have an effective customer service training program. I was blown away by her attitude problem. I work in the medical profession, so I deal with my fair share of egos and attitudes, but STACY takes the cake! Each time I spoke with her she was just plain rude; to make matters worse, she's a LIAR! I just cannot fathom someone in her role speaking to me the way she did. She even had an attitude with my voicemail! So, needless to say, I absolutely DO NOT recommend Stewart Cadillac, (which is a shame because, like I said, I work in the world of medical professionals, i.e: lots of people that can afford a beautiful, brand-new caddy!) And I'm telling everybody! more

My sales lady was Stacy MacIntosh, definitely call her or go see her! She was the BEST.. Honestly! It's very difficult to have a pleasant experience while purchasing a car!!!! My husband and I were so impressed with her level of service! Her manager Wayne was great as well, but we love Stacy and our new Cadillac! HIGHLY recommended!!!! more

\r At Stewart Cadillac you are treated more like family than like a customer. I was there late at night finishing up paper work and the staff had ordered pizza. They passed me a few slices and I settled in while the deal was made. They did not have to do that and it was a very nice gesture. This was the best Cadillac dealer we have ever bought from and would not hesitate on dealing with them again. Steve, our salesman was perfect for us. He told us of a remodel that they we doing and we wish them the best. They deserve it. The team at Stewart Cadillac is amazing. This is my second purchase and I will always buy from them. I have been to many dealerships throughout Texas over my years of living. I have never met a staff like the one at Stewart Cadillac. I have never been treated better, felt like I have gotten a better deal, or left a more satisfied customer. The sales team was not pushy and the GM was involved in the whole experience. The dealership was beautiful and had a comfortable waiting area. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. You will not be disappointed. The financing process has always proved to be the most stressful in my past experience, but at Stewart Cadillac, they catered to my needs and made it as quick and painless as possible. Great Vehicle and Customer Service! 9/20/2010

2010 Cadillac Escalade Luxury 2WD loaded with premium leather interior seating. This is what my family and I got on Saturday. Even though the show room floor was quite busy the customer service was always there. We are proud with our 2010 Escalade! This vehicles has power sunroof, 22 factory chrome wheels, Navigation system, rear DVD entertainment, AM/FM 6-disc CD stereo, wood grain steering wheel with audio controls, my kids are most definitely going to love it! Our family travels a lot and with this Escalade they?re not going to have a problem entertaining themselves, and I in the other had I will have my navigation and finally not get lost. ? Rear backup camera, rear parking sensors, luggage rack, and tow package!!! What else can we ask for???!!! This is the car of our dreams! We have Bill to thank for all of the information and especially for this magnificent vehicle! more

I walk in very scared knowing this is my first time purchasing a vehicle. I noticed that a sales rep was headed my way once I walked in the door. He greeted me with such kindness and asked me if I needed help, of course I said yes because I had no clue what was going on and what was gonna happen. Before we sat down he offered me something to drink. At that moment I really didn?t need anything, I just needed to know if I can get a car or not? not to sound pushy but I think that?s what ppl would normally go to a dealership? He asked me if I was nervous and I said yes and I don?t want anyone to take advantage of me. So I had my guard up way before I walked in. Little did I know they only wanted to help me out? I learned so much about buying a car and credit wise. At that moment I felt relaxed and specially safe with these ppl! Now I have my brand spankin new Cadillac CTS and I?m shining like a star!!! more
