I walk in very scared knowing this is my first time purchasing a vehicle. I noticed that a sales rep was headed my way once I walked in the door. He greeted me with such kindness and asked me if I needed help, of course I said yes because I had no clue what was going on and what was gonna happen. Before we sat down he offered me something to drink. At that moment I really didn?t need anything, I just needed to know if I can get a car or not? not to sound pushy but I think that?s what ppl would normally go to a dealership? He asked me if I was nervous and I said yes and I don?t want anyone to take advantage of me. So I had my guard up way before I walked in. Little did I know they only wanted to help me out? I learned so much about buying a car and credit wise. At that moment I felt relaxed and specially safe with these ppl! Now I have my brand spankin new Cadillac CTS and I?m shining like a star!!!
