Fantastic Service and Great Products 7/9/2018

Spencer's Ventura Mattress is an excellent company. I have made several purchases and the customer service in the store is always great. Everyone is professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. The sales representatives are very helpful and informative. They go beyond the usual bounds of service to meet my needs. The last time I used them, we had a unique situation and they were more than happy to step up to meet our needs. Even after the sale, they were very responsive and personable. I have not had any problems and am happy with all my experiences with them. I recommend Spencer's Ventura Mattress and will absolutely use them again in the future. more

Buying was easy and sleeping even easier 6/21/2018

We have been sleeping on our adjustable beds for over a month now. Getting separate mattresses tailored to our individual needs has been a blessing. Even though we had a sleep number bed, after two spinal surgeries I needed even more firmness. With our new beds I especially like the massage feature and find that reading or watching tv is much more comfortable. My husband is sleeping better and finds he prefers to have his head slightly raised. Thank you for helping us choose the right beds and the features that are making a difference in our daily lives. They were more affordable that I anticipated and are worth every penny. more

We Love Everything About This Company! 6/7/2018

We really just happened to stumble across Spencer's Ventura Mattress one day, and have used them several times since. We needed a specialty mattress made that was an odd size and they were able to accomodate our request. We are pleased with the mattress and the overall comfort. Everyone from Sales to Delivery are very nice, helpful and professional. Everything about this company is great! If the need arises we would most definitely return for their wonderful service! more

I Got a $@!#% Deal 5/9/2018

The mattress I bought from Spencer's Ventura Mattress had a motor in it and it didn't work. Eventually, they sent out a representative to replace the motor, but the new one they put in has never worked past the low setting. I had a lot of difficulties in my life at the time, losing some family members and that sort of thing, so I never got back to them and just left it, but I am not satisfied. It rattles a lot and makes a lot of noise so I just don't fuss with it. Life is too short for that. It seems like I just got a $@!#% deal, but that's the least of my worries. more

Great Customer Service 5/4/2018

I went to Spencer's Ventura Mattress to purchase a mattress for my home and was quite satisfied with the customer service from the workers there as well as the product I purchased. The people there were very friendly and helpful and did a great job showing me options that would work for the room I was going to put it in. The mattress I decided upon looks great and is very comfortable, it fits well in the room and I have had no issues with it since the purchase. I highly recommend Spencer's Ventura Mattress to anyone in need of a great quality product. more

Spencer's Ventura Mattress has great customer service. The sales representative was very informative and helpful. He answered all my questions and was very personable throughout. I've been to Spencer's Ventura Mattress a few times and the quality of the product keeps me coming back. The explanation of the product is very good and the product itself is very good. They also coordinated the delivery around our schedule, not theirs. I really appreciated that. When it comes to pricing they're adequate. more

The mattress I purchased from Spencer's Ventura Mattress is very good. Buying from them is very easy. They're friendly and they have a lot of knowledge of the product. I highly recommend them, in fact, I have recommended two of my friends there already. I would go back again myself if I needed another bed. The pricing is fair and reasonable. The beds they sell are made right there at their plant and buying something that's made in the US appeals to me. more

They were excellent! 2/19/2018

I was looking to purchase a new mattress, so a friend of mine recommended me to Spencer's Ventura Mattress. I went into their store and was able to pick out the product I was looking for. They set up the delivery for me which showed up when they said they were going to. My Spencer's Ventura Mattress is a quality product and I'm very satisfied with it. I would shop there again and highly recommend them. more

Spencer's Ventura Mattress is a reliable company whose quality you can count on. The salespeople are friendly, knowledgeable, and one thing they're not is high-pressured. With Spencer's you're just going to get a lot of information on their products and all your questions answered to ensure you get the right product for you. Their pricing is very reasonable for the fantastic quality you receive. I have used them a couple times before and would definitely use them again. more

I recently purchased a mattress from Spencer's Ventura Mattress and was very pleased with how well the work from them went. The people there were very helpful with finding me a mattress that would be a good size for what I need and work well in my home. The mattress we ended up with is excellent, it is very comfortable and there have been no issues with it since the purchase. All in all, I am very pleased with the services from Spencer's Ventura Mattress, I would highly recommend them. more

Mattress Was Harder than We Expected 12/5/2017

I was a little disappointed with the bed I got from Spencer's Ventura Mattress. We bought one of the last beds they had that we could afford. It felt pretty good in the store but once we got it home it was a lot harder than we expected. We've ended up having to buy two different kinds of softeners. We got an expensive wool one and also tried and memory foam mattress pad. That's pretty much my story. We weren't as happy with the mattress as we hoped. more

Unsatisfactory Experience 11/20/2017

Spencer's Ventura Mattress has a wonderful reputation, and I've heard good things about them from multiple people, which is why I chose them. I went in, recently, to get a bed that would be good for my back, which has problems, and will need surgery, very soon. I didn't know quite what I was looking for, and didn't really have the best experience there. The salesperson in the store (though not initially forthcoming or helpful, at all) ended up selling me a floor-model adjustable bed, and it really hasn't been a worthwhile purchase. It's uncomfortable, with a lump in the middle, and is impractically short, if adjusted. I wish I'd asked more questions, and that, perhaps, the salesperson had been more informative, telling me more about the available beds and their features. more

Very Knowledgeable and Helpful 11/10/2017

We went to Spencer's Ventura Mattress looking for a full-sized bed that was good quality but not very expensive. We ended up getting the whole package for under $1000, and it came with some really cool pillows too. We're really pleased with it. They delivered it when they said they would. I think they gave us a break on the price, which was nice. This was our first time working with them and I don't think we will need a bed anytime soon, but if we did we would go back again. They're really easy to deal with. They're not pushy and they're very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a show room where you can lay there a while to feel the bed. Sometimes it takes a while to get a sense for how the mattress feels and they give you the time to figure it out. more

I recently went to Spencer's Ventura Mattress to purchase a mattress and am very pleased with the product I received from them. The people at Spencer's were very friendly and professional and were able to find us a bed the size we need and within a price that worked for us. The bed has been a super comfortable replacement for the bed we had before. Overall I am very pleased with Spencer's Ventura Mattress, I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a similar product. more

The sales staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and no-pressure. 9/15/2017

They've been very helpful at Spencer's Ventura Mattress and, obviously, they do custom mattresses. I bought for my parents a California King--and Spencer's sales staff did an excellent job. The staff was very friendly and offered good customer service on every occasion. They were always helpful and friendly, and it is hard to find good customer service these days. My parents love the bed and have definitely been happy with it. They did a bunch of research before going to the store and were definitely well-educated on what they were purchasing before they did. Spencer's knows they have a good product, and they don't make people feel like they are being oversold like a used car sales lot. more
