Spencer's Ventura Mattress has great customer service. The sales representative was very informative and helpful. He answered all my questions and was very personable throughout. The purchase and delivery process was easy and convenient. All the employees were professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I really like the mattress and will buy another one if I need to. I had no problems with the service and am happy with how everything turned out.
