Spencer's Ventura Mattress has a wonderful reputation, and I've heard good things about them from multiple people, which is why I chose them. I went in, recently, to get a bed that would be good for my back, which has problems, and will need surgery, very soon. I didn't know quite what I was looking for, and didn't really have the best experience there. The salesperson in the store (though not initially forthcoming or helpful, at all) ended up selling me a floor-model adjustable bed, and it really hasn't been a worthwhile purchase. It's uncomfortable, with a lump in the middle, and is impractically short, if adjusted. I wish I'd asked more questions, and that, perhaps, the salesperson had been more informative, telling me more about the available beds and their features.
