GOOD REPAIR PEOPLE: OFFICE RUN-AROUND 3/29/2016

KURT AND ROBERT WERE GOOD AND INFORMATIVE, TRIED THEIR BEST TO GET THE REPAIRS DONE. GOOD WORKMEN! BUT--- I FELT I WAS GETTING THE RUN-AROUND FROM THE OFFICE AS IT TOOK 2WKS. TO GET THE HEAT SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING. I GOT NEXT DAY, WELL MAYBE PART HASN'T COME IN ETC. GOOD THING I HAD ANOTHER SOURCE OF HEAT! RESPONSE FROM Specialty Heating & Cooling Inc.: Thank you for the feedback. The part was a factory order and was no supposed to be in until May. We had the part rushed and we were able to install it within 2 weeks rather than over a month or more. more

Excellent service 3/28/2016

I had a heat pump installed in March 2016. Your crew was timely, efficient and highly professional. They set the thermostat, cleaned up after themselves, and answered all of our questions. Most of all everything they promised, they delivered. The home is more evenly heated, (just like the installer said it would be) especially the master bathroom, which was always cold before. professional friendly patient with questions 3/16/2016

Bought a mid-70's home approx 1 year ago with original heat pump. Specialty did the service inspection and maintenance on my ancient system last spring so when got read to replace called them. Ryan came out walked me through my options, answering all questions. Install crew were exceptional; very careful with my home; explained all aspects of my heat pump system. Told me to call then with any questions that I hadnt thought to ask. definitely would recommend! more

Annual Maintenance 3/15/2016

The annual maintenance comprised of a service person coming out to clean our filters, check the outdoor and indoor units and ensuring the system was running properly. This was all handled professionally and quickly. The only hiccup is the value of the service we got for the amount paid. I feel it was a bit over-priced for what we paid for. more

Great Service 2/29/2016

I called Specialty Heating & Cooling on a Sunday afternoon when it was snowing outside. The furnace in my rental property had gone out and my tenants were cold! Specialty Heating answered my call right away. They sent over a tech who was friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend using this company. more

A/C yearly maintenance. Excellent service by Jason. 2/28/2016

I always receive the maintenance schedule dates I request if done a few weeks prior. Jason has performed the maintenance each time and has an excellent attitude and knowledge of my working system. He is also a big help in explaining the various maintenance contracts with recommendations on which fit my specific heating and cooling requirements. Back 5 years ago Cory was my salesperson for the heat pump and he was a joy to work with. more
